Section A: Payments, Billing & Refund Policy

This section forms an integral part of the HOSTX Terms of Use and governs all payments, billing, refunds, and financial transactions made through HOSTX.
Payments & Billing
All HOSTX services are offered on a prepaid basis unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. By purchasing any service from HOSTX, you agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, taxes, and government levies in advance and in full.
Prices for services may vary based on location, currency, service type, promotions, or third-party costs. HOSTX reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes shall not affect already-paid active service periods but will apply to renewals, upgrades, or new purchases.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate, valid, and up to date. HOSTX shall not be responsible for service interruption resulting from failed payments, expired cards, insufficient funds, or payment gateway errors.
Refund Policy (Strict & Limited)
HOSTX offers a limited refund policy strictly under the conditions described below:
• Refunds are permitted ONLY within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of the initial purchase
• After the first 24 hours, NO refunds shall be issued under any circumstances
• Refunds do not apply to:
• Renewals
• Domain registrations or transfers
• Setup fees
• Promotional or discounted services
• Add-ons, upgrades, or usage-based charges
Once the 24-hour window has passed, all payments are considered final and non-refundable, regardless of service usage, dissatisfaction, suspension, termination, downtime, or data loss.
Refund Processing Conditions
Approved refunds (within the allowed timeframe) will be processed using the original payment method where possible. HOSTX does not guarantee refund timelines, as processing depends on third-party payment processors, banks, and international financial systems.
HOSTX reserves the right to deny refunds in cases involving:
• Abuse of services
• Violation of Terms of Use or Acceptable Use rules
• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Excessive or repeated refund requests
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting HOSTX Support shall be considered a breach of these Terms. HOSTX reserves the right to:
• Immediately suspend or terminate all services
• Permanently disable the user account
• Recover losses, chargeback fees, and administrative costs
• Restrict future access to HOSTX services
Third-Party Payment Providers
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. HOSTX does not store full payment card details and is not responsible for the policies, errors, delays, or failures of third-party financial institutions.
By completing a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Payments & Refund Policy, which is legally binding under the HOSTX Terms of Use.
